DIRECTIONS

R1 Whey Blend protein can be used at anytime to improve recovery from workouts, but for best results use immediately post workout. Simply place 1 scoop of powder into 8 oz. of cold water and mix. For best results blend thoroughly in a shaker bottle or blender.
